The mission of the Allred10 website is to assist the reader to be a more <\/span>persuasive<\/span>\u00a0leader by using the principals taught in the blog posts.\u00a0 Persuasive leadership will increase the satisfaction, effectiveness and efficiency of those being led.\u00a0 There has never been a great leader that became a great leader by reading a book or a blog post on leadership.\u00a0 However, everyone can improve their leadership skills by studying and implementing practices that have proven to be effective.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

\"Persuasive2\"<\/a>My motivation for helping others to be more persuasive leaders is relatively simple.\u00a0 I want others to find the joy in life that I have found.\u00a0 I have come to know that trying to do good and be good brings great joy.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

\"\"I know something of how to create a positive and productive work environment. <\/strong><\/span>I have been the COO of a health car<\/strong><\/span>e company, a teacher, the CFO of a feed mill, a CPA and the CEO of a power plant.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

\"Allred<\/a>My wife and I have nine children and 35 grandchildren, so far.\u00a0 We have helped our kids through the trials that naturally happen to everyday people.\u00a0 I know something of love, discipline and nurturing.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

\"jesus-christ-39623-print<\/a>I am a disciple of Jesus Christ and I have seen for over 70 years how the principles He taught bless the lives of everyone who follows Him.\u00a0 Everything I am and think and do has been positively influenced by that fact. \u00a0My faith is anchored in Jesus Christ \u2013 His example, His teachings and His sacrifice. \u00a0It is also an integral part of my management philosophy \u2013 Leadership by persuasion<\/span>\u00a0<\/a>and not by compulsion.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

\"donatelifelogo\"<\/a>Finally, at age 59, I received a heart transplant.\u00a0 As I was recovering from surgery, I made a commitment to bless the lives of others in recognition of the family who donated the heart of their son to me.\u00a0 I strive to make each day meaningful by helping someone in some way.\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n
